In this episode I have the pleasure of interviewing Hailey. She is a second year student at an osteopathic medical school. I found her on Instagram where she posts really great aesthetically pleasing photos & talks about her personal journey towards medical school. In this episode I have the pleasure of interviewing Sofia who is a fourth year medical student at Yale. I have been a longterm follower of her instagram account @thisgirlnamedsofia. She posts a lot of great fashion content with empowering captions. Sofia really uses her platform to spread knowledge and raises her voice against the common injustices of the world. She is also co-host of a podcast with Prerak called Red White & Brown where they discuss the struggles of being first generation immigrants from South Asia in the US. I am so excited to ask her more about her journey, her stats, and what applying to residency looks like.

2. “I’m not smart enough” putting an end to negative self-talk

In this episode, I talk about putting an end to negative self talk. I always grew up feeling like I was not smart enough in school, and even now, I feel that way in medical school and the creative space. These can be normal emotions we feel as humans, but join me in discussing them and finally putting an end to them.
